The Concept: Unique caldera villa
The TC Villa is a luxury Santorini villa on the edge of the cliff at Firostefani. The villa is part of a heritage estate dating back to 1780. The founder of the original hotel and the separate private villa was an avid art collector and TC Villa has authentic Hellenic, Byzantine and modern Greek artefacts as part of the décor, it is unique in its privileged location and its interior history.
Outdoor
Entering from your private gate off the cliff path you are greeted with a large pool terrace with views of the Santorini volcano with panoramic views of the caldera and Aegean Sea. There is an alfresco eating area under a portico that has curtains for extra privacy, and seats up to 8 guests. There are also sun loungers and candle lanterns, and the outdoor furniture is hand-crafted in heavy wood and adorned with designer cushions. Style, comfort and beauty are the essence here.
Interior Design
Inside is a spacious bright living room, with a clever combination of antique and modern, comfort and classical blending in perfect harmony. The kitchen is totally modern and fully equipped, and there are 3 double bedrooms, each with a theme of artefacts to compliment the sumptuous rooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the ground level and one more on the lower level, all with ensuite bathrooms and pampering items, like luxury toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. The whole villa feels like a royal palace, in fact TC Villa has 5* services with a class and style that is one of a kind in Santorini.
