How do I make a reservation at a specific villa?
There are 4 ways you can make a reservation:
Contact form: Fill out our contact form with your details and preferences, and one of our villa consultants will get back to you shortly with personalized assistance to secure your booking.
Online Booking: Once you have found your preferred villa on our website, you can book directly via our secure online reservation system. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
Email: Drop us an e-mail and one of our experts will swiftly reply to help you find the right property. Once you've made your decision, they will guide you through the booking process.

What is the required length of stay?
The required length of stay depends on the destination, season, and villa you wish to book. Please contact our villa consultant or use the online reservation system to find out more.
When is the high and low season in Greece?
Greece's vacation seasons vary by destination, but in general, they fall between the following months:
High Season: June – September
Low Season: April & October
What time is check-in/check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can view the cancellation policy for each villa by visiting our online reservation system (click ‘Book Now’ on the villa page) or by contacting one of our villa consultants for more information.
What is the security deposit?
The security deposit is an amount paid by the guest before check-in as a safeguard against potential property damage. If no damage occurs during your stay, the full amount will be refunded within 10 working days after check-out.
Will someone greet us upon arrival?
A BlueVillas representative or the villa manager will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and provide a full orientation.
Are transfers included?
Some villas include complimentary transfers. If transfers are needed, simply inform your villa consultant, and they can arrange everything for you.
How is my reservation guaranteed?
In the rare case that a villa owner cancels your reservation within 30 days before arrival, BlueVillas guarantees to find you a similar/better accommodation or issue a full refund.

Do we have to pay full rent if we book a villa with more bedrooms than we need?
Yes, villa pricing typically reflects the size of the property rather than the number of guests. However, some properties may offer adjusted rates based on occupancy. Feel free to ask our villa consultants for more details.
Do all your villas include staff?
Some villas include live-in staff, yet the services provided vary depending on the property. Check the individual villa details for specific staffing information.
