Arctic Wind is a 1-bedroom luxury villa in Santorini set on a gated estate of 6000 sqm and only 500 m from Vourvoulos beach. It is perfect for a couple or family with kids, you can enjoy your morning on the terrace by the pool and then head out for a day at the beach without spending too much time in the car.

Outdoor

Arctic Wind has its entrance across the private terrace and the outdoor area is cozy and stylish. There is a built-in stone BBQ area for alfresco eating, a sumptuous sofa and chairs and sun loungers. The plunge pool is at the edge of the property with nothing but the blue Aegean Sea in front. The area around the pool is grassy and a beautiful tree gives natural shade as well as the wooden pergola.

Interior Design

As you enter the large window doors from the terrace you are greeted by a bright open-plan living are with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area with SAT flatscreen TV and sound system. The island style built-in sofas can be used as beds for kids or for having a siesta after lunch. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with rain shower and of course there are robes and slippers and luxury bathroom toiletries for total self-pampering.
