Outdoor
The outdoor space of Blue Grace II is a splendid balcony over the Aegean Sea, with blue sea, sky, and nature as the perfect backdrop to endless summer days. The stone terrace features an infinity pool with comfortable sun loungers, a pergola lounge area with sofas, as well as a dining space and charcoal BBQ for a private chef to prepare your starlight meal. The terrace is surrounded by landscaped gardens, adorned with local trees and shrubs, creating the perfect summer-alfresco ambiance.
Indoor
Inside the villa is designed to make full use of the stunning sea views flooding in from the large patio doors and windows. Decorated in a neutral palette with pale woods, greys and whites, and atmospheric seascape paintings, Blue Grace II feels contemporary and bright. On the pool terrace, there is the open plan living space, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a large ensuite bedroom. Upstairs is another ensuite bedroom with a private sea-view balcony. There is also an independent guest house – for extra privacy - and an on request guest studio with a kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

Kea is located close to mainland Greece, and has unspoiled beaches and coves for swimming, an open-air cinema, and local taverns and restaurants.
