Built entirely out of natural materials, Amelia sits gracefully in a massive outdoor area of 20.000 sqm with extensive gardens of green lawn and palm trees. The first thing you’ll see as you step into the patio is your large private pool with an attached plunge pool. Relax on the sun loungers that are by the pool or take a dive to cool yourself down from the summer bliss. On the other edge of the pool, there is an alfresco dining area under a pergola where a private chef can make you a Cretan delicacy on the nearby BBQ. Indoors

Amelia’s geometrical and minimal design combines perfectly with the modern décor and furnishings, creating an ambiance of total relaxation. The interior area is also built out of natural materials and the warm, earthy tones dominate every room of the villa while the large French windows fill them with natural light. Upon entering Amelia, there is an open plan area that features a spacious living room, a dining area for up to 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen connecting to an alfresco dining area. Moreover, on this level there are 4 luxury bedrooms with all the amenities to pamper yourself and direct access to the outdoor area while 2 deluxe guests can stay to the independent studio, accessed by the patio. As if all this wasn’t enough, on the lower level there is a wine cellar with a dining and living area where you can taste local wines.

Amelia can provide baby equipment on request and can also accommodate your four-legged friend. The extensive green lawn of the villa will be your kid’s favorite playground plus the villa is gated so that your children or pets can be safe.
