On a secluded area yet less than a mile away from the gorgeous Falasarna beach and vibrant town, this is a dream villa for those who cherish privacy as much as authentic local living. Built out of natural materials, Ivy offers a truly magnificent Mediterranean setting with panoramic sea views. The spacious outdoors features multiple high-comfort lounge areas and a private swimming pool that can be heated upon request, the perfect retreat for a relaxing deluxe family vacation.
Outdoors
Entering the patio from your private entrance, you’ll be amazed by the ample space overlooking the sea. A pergola-protected dining area with a BBQ stands on the right side, ready to host a delicious dinner for 6 guests, while your private pool stretches around the patio, waiting to cool you down. Take in the gentle sun on the comfy sun loungers that line the pool or on the sunbeds located on the lower level. After a long day of summer bliss, unwind in one of the 3 lounge areas – one by the pool featuring a central fireplace, one shaded with access to the living room, and one on the east side accessed by the ground-floor bedroom. Put your favorite song on and you are ready to make some lasting memories at Ivy.
Indoors
The modern design of Ivy perfectly combines comfort with luxury, creating an ambience of tasteful and harmonious sophistication with minimal furnishings and natural materials. The main entrance of the property leads to a bright open-plan living room where you can relax on the sofa gazing at the ever-present sea through the large French doors. A gorgeous fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 6 guests is next to the ground-level bedroom, which features stunning views and access to an outdoor lounge area. Ascend the stairs to the upper level, and there are 2 deluxe bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and access to the balcony.
Good to know
Ivy is suitable for children and has all the necessary baby equipment so that you can relax even more. Plus, the area of Falasarna is ideal for families as the beaches have clear, shallow waters and long golden sand beach for the kids to play safely. The villa is close to Falasarna town with many restaurants and cafes to taste local delicacies or you can contact our concierge to book a private chef at your villa.

The swimming pool can be heated from March till the end of May and from the 15th of September till the end of November, upon request free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C depending on weather conditions. We request 3 days' advance notice for this facility.
